We are launching the New Year with a new series designed not only to set us up well for whatever this new year brings, but also to truly make the most of it! Based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book, The New Meditation Handbook, Kadam Morten will guide us through the 21 meditations, step by step, that make up the stages of the path to enlightenment. These meditations do so much more than simply help us to become more calm and centered. Rather they help us to re-contextualize our lives, opening us up to the extraordinary potential of our mind that exists within all of us. By enabling a deep reflection on Buddha’s insights into the nature of life and death, we empower ourselves to take full advantage of our lives, moving ourselves towards a stable experience of inner joy and freedom. No previous experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
