30-Minute Meditation Classes
Simple. Profound. Transformative.
In just 30 minutes your whole day can change. By connecting to our heart, and intentionally cultivating inner peace, we can access the best of ourselves and learn to live from this place.
Take 30 minutes out of your day to join us at the following times:
- Morning meditation: 7:30 - 8:00am, Monday - Friday
- Lunchtime meditation: 12:15pm - 12:45pm, Monday - Friday
- After-work meditation: 6:00 - 6:30pm, Mondays - Thursdays
While the meditations offered are Buddhist, they generally appeal to anyone wanting to cultivate a deeper state of peace and authentic happiness.
No previous experience is necessary. No special clothing is required. Just show up!
Our weekly schedule (unless noted on the calendar):
- First thing in the morning, 7:30 - 8:00am, Monday - Friday
- During lunch break, 12:15pm - 12:45pm, Monday - Friday
- After work, 6:00 - 6:30pm, Mondays-Thursdays
