Special Sunday Series with Kadam Matthew

According to the Ganden Oral Lineage, the practices of Je Tsongkhapa’s innermost heart, engaging in the daily practice of Heart Jewel is an indispensable method for accomplishing these extraordinary realizations.

In this limited series, Kadam Matthew will give some commentary on the practice of Heart Jewel drawn from such books as Heart Jewel, Clear Light of Bliss, and The Mirror of Dharma, as well as the oral teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang.

With a focus on the practice of the Mahamudra, the explanation will cover the preliminary practices, guru yoga and the practice of theDharma protector. The uncommon instructions of Mahamudra, the mind’s real nature, lie at the center of Je Tsongkhapa’s tradition.

This class is open to everyone and has been designed specifically for those who have the practices of Kadampa Buddhism as their spiritual home and wish to gain the realizations of these practices
