Many of us feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stressed – especially with all that’s happening in the world. It can be hard to switch off our busy minds and feel calm.
In this day course, Alexandra will explain how we can start letting go of worry and anxiety using simple meditation techniques and practical advice from Buddhist teachings. These methods are easy to understand and apply in daily life, regardless of your background or beliefs.
You’ll learn how to:
- Recognize thoughts that cause anxiety
- Create more space and calm in your mind
- Start feeling more peaceful from within
Each session will include a short, guided meditation so you can experience the benefits right away. Everyone is welcome, no experience needed!
