Making 2025 Spiritually Meaningful
The new year is a symbol of possibility. We wish to change and for our lives to go in a better direction, but for that to happen, we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds. The profound tools of transformation within Buddhist meditation give us the ability to become the person we wish to be: more dynamic, confident, kinder, more loving, peaceful, and happier.
In this half-day course, Julie Stewart will guide us into a deep appreciation of how every moment of our life is a true marvel, providing us with the joyful opportunity to create the causes to fulfill our temporary and deepest wishes. This connection gives us the ability to change at deep levels to become the person we wish to be.
