Finding the Stillness Within
This class is offered in person only
$10 per class, free for supporting members
Accessing the natural peace of the mind
The nature of our mind is naturally peaceful. To access this peaceful state and to sustain it in daily life, we need to do some training. Meditation is the tool. In this series of Wednesday evening classes, we will focus on building our meditation fundamentals and understanding how inner transformation comes about. By applying ourselves, we can discover the deep stillness that lies hidden beneath the churn of our agitated mind. With practice, we can make this peace our normal state of mind, opening the door for deep transformation. Leaving the dissatisfied and uncomfortable self that we normally identify with far behind, we become the person we wish to be.
