New Series: Living Your Best Mind
This class is offered in person only
$10 per class, free for supporting members
We are currently controlled by our mental habits and past actions. Our habits are anchored in the mind, engrained by repetition, programming us to act and respond in certain ways. With Buddha’s wisdom teachings, we can observe self-limiting habits and conditioning in the light and space of our own indestructible potential, so that we can learn to live from our best mind.
In this series, we will embark upon a sequence of meditations known as the ‘Stages of the Path’, sometimes referred to by its Tibetan name, ‘Lamrim’. These ‘stages’ are all the essential insights taught by Buddha, arranged in the order in which they are to be realized. Lamrim is a step-by-step guide to experiencing the full joy and meaning of our human life, we will explore how our relationships, job, enjoyments, can be made part of a joyful path leading us ever closer to the fulfillment of our highest potential, enlightenment.
Everyone welcome.
