They energize us to take full advantage of every day and thus empower us to make the most of our lives (and not just this one!). Meditations that Lead to Enlightenment: Meditations for Creating the Future We Want
Karma is a word that is thrown around a lot, but little understood. Yet understanding karma is a profound catalyst for transforming our lives. It offers a blueprint for reconciling the past, understanding the present and creating the future we long for. In this four-week series, we’ll have a chance to explore the inner law of cause and effect that shapes all our experiences, learning how to align our thoughts, words, and actions with our deepest aspirations for happiness and freedom. We will see how it is that we create our world with our intentions, and how our reality does not exist from its own side but is mere karmic appearance of mind. Whether you’re new to these timeless Buddhist principles, or seeking to learn more, please join us.
October 7: The Beauty of Karma: Planting Happiness
October 14: Reconciling the Past with the Present
October 21: Cleaning Up our Act: The Practice of Purifying the Mind
