We live in busy times where problems, fears and troubles seem to arise each day and for many it is challenging to find solutions. Green Tara is a female Buddha of compassion and wisdom who is committed to helping living beings. She has her right foot extended so that she can swiftly come to the aid of those who rely upon her. In this introductory workshop we will explore the practice of Green Tara and draw closer to her. She is also known as the “Protector Tara” or “Mother Tara.” She cares for living beings like a mother cares for her dearest child.
First Session: Talk on Tara
Second Session: We will practice the Tara Sadhana, Liberation from Sorrow together
