We all wish for good relationships in our lives, but relationships between couples, parents and children, or friends often suffer from misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. We love each other, and yet we are not always happy together. This is because we do not understand the real nature of love and how to practically improve our love in our close relationships.

While this retreat is in follow-up to our half-day course on Love Without Pain offered on Saturday, February 2nd, it’s not necessary to have attended the course to join us for this retreat. During the retreat, we will​ explore Buddha’s simple and practical advice for finding meaning and enjoyment in all of ​our relationships. By keeping this timeless advice in our hearts, we will learn to be happy in the company of our ​partner, ​family, friends and co-workers — anyone we might encounter.

*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend both sessions.
