How can we free ourselves from the isolating and painful feeling of loneliness? Buddhist meditation is not just about developing a peaceful mind. Rather it is a profound method to enable us to gain deep insight into our mind, our self and our relationship to others and the world. In this half-day course, through teachings and guided meditations, we will learn simple, direct methods to remove our underlying sense of isolation, opening us up to an authentic experience of joy and connection with others. On this basis we will find it easy to develop fulfilling relationships, and to feel that sense of connection even when we are on our own.

Everyone welcome – suitable both for beginners and those more experienced.
We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. No special clothing required. Everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience in meditation.
*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend both sessions.
