SinceΒ it isΒ our mindΒ thatΒ determines our experience ofΒ everything, if we want to improveΒ those experiences (and whoΒ doesn’t?)Β we will need to improve our mind.Β In order to do that, we will first need to understand whatΒ precisely our mindΒ is and how it functions.
In this course we willΒ delve into anΒ understanding of our own mind, not just intellectually, but alsoΒ experientially, through meditation.Β We will come to understandΒ theΒ nature and function of the mind and how we can improve it. Gaining insightΒ in this way will notΒ onlyΒ helpΒ usΒ in our everyday interactions, it will also open us up to the extraordinaryΒ and joyfulΒ spiritual dimension of our being.
Everyone welcome
