It may be difficult to imagine, but all of us not only have the capacity to connect with extraordinarily wonderful states of mind, but to hold onto those minds twenty-four/seven. The truth is, we don’t ever have to stray from a peaceful mind, or a generous mind or any other feel-good mind. Ever. In this half-day course we will explore formulas that Buddha laid out for us to improve our meditation experience, and we will discuss strategies for maintaining our meditation insights – those beautiful minds – throughout our life.
