Healing Pain with Wisdom

Each one of us has experienced or will experience pain: physical pain, emotional pain, sickness or the loss of someone or something dear to us. This course will introduce methods that Buddha taught for transforming loss into wisdom. In this half-day course, Natalia will guide us through healing meditations, in which we come to experience the power and capacity of our own mind. We don’t need to be afraid or to push our pain away. These methods will help us face all the events of life — including sickness and death — with grace, clarity and fearlessness.
