Within our mind are natural reservoirs of energy, joy, love, and happiness … all the good stuff that we need to thrive in our lives. Even though meditation is generally understood to be an excellent method for bringing about inner calm and peace, in truth it so much more than that – it also happens to be the most powerful and profound tool for accessing these inner reservoirs and harnessing their energy and joy.
In this meditation workshop, which you can attend in-person or tune into online, Kadam Morten will teach special mind training techniques as well as guide meditations to help us experience these natural re-energizing, happiness-inducing states of mind.
This course is suitable for everyone, both those completely new to Buddhist meditation and those more familiar. Everyone is welcome!
