New Series: The Confidence to Change

This class is offered in person only

We all want to be more confident, courageous, flexible and happy. Yet despite our best efforts, often we end up feeling insecure, fearful, lazy, angry, or depressed. Why is it so difficult to change? Is it even possible? Buddha’s teachings on the practice of joyful effort help us to understand that the answer is a resounding yes! In this series of classes, through teachings, stories, meditations and q&A, Adrienne will explore Buddha’s brilliant techniques through which we can accomplish lasting change, as well as giving us what we need to instill the confidence and skill to practice and accomplish those changes. Through applying these joyful methods we can all begin to have the transformative, delightful and meaningful life we long for.
