How Love Solves Your Problems

Nurturing love in our heart heals our relationship with ourself, our family and friends, and, ultimately, our world. We may think this sounds idealistic but in truth it’s very practical. Buddha taught special methods whereby in meditation we learn to tune into our own capacity for love, to nurture it and expand it, opening it to more and more people (and animals!). In this series France Roy will guide us in these heart enriching meditations and explain how we can apply them to solving the various problems in our lives.
