Queens Monday Meditate in Community
Our root mind is naturally light, boundless, and profoundly peaceful. When we meditate, we cultivate a natural source of joy and contentment within ourselves and ripen our limitless potential for all good qualities. When we connect to inner peace, we are naturally kind, loving and patient towards others. By meditating in community, we nourish one another with our positive thoughts and energies, and the experience is magical. We uplift one another and discover a deep sense of interconnection, indicating that our meditation practice isn’t meant to be a solitary journey. Each class will consist of 30 minutes of guided meditation followed by 30 minutes of community time, where we can connect about our practice and life in general, and appreciate being part of a community of practitioners who support one another.

Our general program classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually
Please bring a government issued photo ID to check in at the Lobby.
No special clothing is required
Registration is recommended; walk-ins are also welcome
