Have you ever wondered what it would take to bring your meditation practice to the next level? Have you asked yourself “what’s missing?” Have you felt like you want more out of your practice but aren’t sure what the next steps would be? Build up your effort, support it with concentration and mental flexibility and you have the perfect combination for a meditation practice that will enhance and strengthen your progress on the path to enlightenment and liberation! How wonderful! In How to Transform Your Life, Geshe-la reminds us that our spiritual attainments depend upon our own effort. Buddha said: If you have only effort, you have all attainments.
