Through understanding what Buddha called subtle impermanence we let go of the past and open ourselves up to the possibility of real change. Through understanding emptiness, the ultimate nature of reality, we let go of the painful self we currently relate to, and experience authentic freedom and joy.
During a half-day course on Saturday, January 19, followed by a half-day retreat on Saturday January 26, we will explore the astounding beauty and power of these meditations to transform our life and bring real benefit to ourselves and others.
The course is now closed. To attend the retreat, register here.
*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend both sessions (Course sessions are $15 each, retreat sessions are $12 each).
