Some of us are by nature more active when the moon is up. Either we just can’t sleep due to stress and anxiety or our body clock seemingly lives in another time zone. So what can we do? We can make the midnight hour very meaningful by spending it contemplating Buddha’s teachings known as Dharma. Join us for our new class, Dharma for Night Owls, Fridays at 10:00pm. The focus in these classes will be exploring the teachings shared by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in his book, Modern Buddhism, so that we can cultivate true happiness.
