Transforming Depression

Discovering Your Happiness Within

Some of us occasionally feel blue. Others of us struggle daily with feelings of despair. Using Buddha’s wisdom, we can learn to disrupt these habitual minds that can sometimes seem such a part of who we are.  In this half-day retreat we will investigate key Buddhist insights and meditations for opposing our minds of depression and despair in order to discover the path to our own source of happiness within. Beyond simply coping, beyond simply managing, we have the potential to eradicate these minds altogether and to radically transform how we relate to ourselves and others.
