Normally we grasp at the things that we enjoy, such as food, music, companionship etc., believing that our happiness depends on them. Such outsized attachment undermines our satisfaction and keeps us seeking but never really finding the happiness we long for over. It is also the basis of addictive, compulsive behaviors.
Buddha’s tantric teachings give us special methods for experiencing our enjoyments in a pure way, free of this debilitating grasping. Learning to enjoy things purely in this way is an essential foundation for understanding Buddha’s highest teachings, Tantric Mahamudra.
Through explanation and meditations, Kadam Morten will guide us in methods for transforming everyday enjoyments. This course is intended for practitioners at all levels, whether you are a seasoned Tantric practitioner or brand new to the entire concept of tantra.
Everyone welcome.
