The essence of Buddha’s Tantric teachings is the training in Mahamudra, which means the union of bliss and emptiness. These are the very highest of Buddha’s teachings and are exceedingly profound, delightful, and eminently practical.
In this half-day course, Kadam Morten will explain Mahamudra, showing how it represents the perfect integration of all the practices we learn here at our Center. He will also show how to begin incorporating Mahamudra into our own meditation practice. Everyone welcome.
