Heart Full of Love

According to Buddha, love is a profoundly healing mind that we can grow within ourselves. The more we nurture our ability to love, the more we will experience its wonderful benefits, including a deepening sense of connection to everyone around us.

In this half-day retreat, Maria will guide us in the practice of Buddhist meditation on love, that if we train in regularly, will bring great meaning and joy into our lives.
