Taking a Holiday From Painful Feelings

Life can be challenging. Many people experience painful feelings such as resentment, anxiety, loneliness, or grief. In this series, we will learn special Buddhist meditations that will help us to discover an inner peace that is an expression of our actual nature and our limitless potential. Abiding in this inner refuge enables us to skillfully accept painful emotions as they arise and transform them into positive states of mind, such as love, compassion, and wisdom. This, in turn, gives rise to joyful energy to fulfill our deepest wishes and become the person we wish to be.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually
No special clothing is required
