Let's Meditate, Harlem!
Meditation in Harlem provides in-person Buddhist Meditation classes to the neighborhoods of Harlem and Upper Manhattan. We seek to help New Yorkers cultivate authentic happiness and mental health wellness. To this end, we train our mind to become mindful of the actual causes of happiness to not only cope with the daily stresses of city life but also thrive by discovering the preciousness and deeper meaning of our human life.
