Free Community Meditation Class
Morning Meditation on the Waterfront presented in partnership with Hunterβs Point Parks Conservancy
Our root mind is naturally light, boundless and deeply peaceful. We imagine our mind is like the vast, clear blue sky and the mental busyness and painful emotions we experience are like clouds. Through training our mind, we allow these clouds to dissolve, revealing the boundless potential within. In just 30 minutes of meditation, we can shape the flow of our entire day. By connecting to our clear sky-link mind and intentionally cultivating inner peace, we can access the best of ourselves and learn to live from this place. While the meditations we offer are Buddhist, they appeal to anyone seeking to cultivate a deeper state of inner peace and authentic happiness. After the guided meditation, we will have 15 minutes for Q&A and community time.
