New Series: Opening the Door to Change
Learning What Impermanence Has to Teach Us
This class is offered in person only
$15 per class, free for supporting members
Understanding impermanence and change is a very powerful catalyst for spiritual development. Many of us have the idea that we will get around to getting over that anger, taking better care of our health, beginning to meditate regularly….and yet day after day we do not start.
Why is this? It is because we are being deceived by the idea that we have all the time in the world. By meditating on the process of impermanence, the ever-changing nature of things, we can generate a powerful wish to begin our work without delay. This state of mind leads to a joyful engagement and effort, and this in turn leads to good results and a deep satisfaction.
Come learn how to meditate on impermanence and open the door to change!
