As our annual love day is fast approaching. it’s a good time to talk about love. For most of us, our love is a mixture of two things – attachment, which is not in fact love at all, and love, which is.
Attachment stands in horrible contrast to all types of love, but to begin with it can be quite hard for us to tell them apart. It is one of Buddha’s great kindnesses that he distinguishes between them so clearly.
In this class, Edwin will explain how learning to distinguish love from attachment can save us from immense heartache and lead us to finding great meaning and joy in our lives.
