Transforming Painful Emotions

Imagine –if you can – a life completely free from anger, jealousy, greed, uncontrolled grasping and all the other painful states of mind that cause us so much suffering.

Katy Brennan, Buddhist meditation teacher in the East Village

In this series of classes, Katy will dedicate each week to going after a specific one of these toxic minds – called ‘delusions’ – uncovering why they arise in the first place and how through our meditation practice we can completely eliminate them from our mind. These practical methods will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be, positive, joyful, confident and loving.
