This workshop will be an opportunity to explore in depth how we can apply the teachings given during the 5-week Letting Go of Anxiety series in meditation.

Session Times: 10:30 – 11:45am, 12:15 – 1:30pm* | Plus Q&A in the Atrium 2:00 – 2:30pm

Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this talk Kadam Morten will explore meditations and ways of thinking that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

Suitable both for beginners and those more experienced.
 
We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. No special clothing required. Everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience in meditation.
 
*It is recommended that you attend the course in its entirety. Per-session registration is not available online, but walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot attend both sessions.
