How to Understand the Mind

A Half-day Course with Kadam Morten

Since it is our mind that determines our experience of everything, if we want to improve those experiences (and who doesn’t?) we will need to improve our mind. In order to do that, we will first need to understand what precisely our mind is and how it functions.

In this course we will delve into an understanding of our own mind, not just intellectually, but also experientially, through meditation. We will come to understand the nature and function of the mind and how we can improve it. Gaining insight in this way will not only help us in our everyday interactions, it will also open us up to the extraordinary and joyful spiritual dimension of our being.

Everyone welcome
