The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness, but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.
In this course, we’ll explore the essential principles of Buddhist meditation and learn, step by step, how to develop a meditation practice. With lightness and practical guidance, we’ll discover how to settle the mind, connect with our natural capacity for inner peace and bring greater clarity and joy into everyday life.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or would simply like to refresh your practice, this course will help you approach meditation with confidence – and look forward to doing it everyday.
