The Meditation on Recognizing How to Make the Most of this Life
The very first meditation in the Buddhist spiritual path is the meditation known as Precious Human Life. This meditation is essentially the starter engine of our spiritual life, in which we focus on the incredible potential within our mind, and the good conditions within our life that will enable us to actualize our potential. This meditation is like a wake up to your life call that empowers us with joy and a sense of purpose so that we truly seize the day.
Through talks and guided meditations, Kadam Morten will take us into the heart of this practice. There will be the opportunity for Q&A throughout the day.
