Thanksgiving is a time of gratitude, when we pause to appreciate the things that really matter. We make space in our mind to recognize our good fortune, and room in our heart to genuinely connect with others. Studies show that gratitude boosts health and happiness, and can even extend our life span! So why do we limit it to just a few intentionally grateful days each year?

In Buddhist meditation we learn to feel fortunate not only for the good things in our life, but also for our human life itself. In particular, Buddha explained the ‘eight freedoms and ten endowments’ that we all possess and that make every day our of life precious, rare and meaningful.

In this special Thanksgiving course, discover how to make gratitude the foundation of your day—year-round—and how to feel thankful, peaceful and fortunate in every moment of your life.
