Just as a small bud holds the potential to become a beautiful flower, each of us has Buddha nature – the potential for boundless love, lasting happiness, freedom from suffering, and full enlightenment. How can we create the conditions for this potential to blossom?
In this half-day course, we’ll explore how Tantric meditation uses imagination and blessings to awaken our potential and transform the way we see ourselves. We’ll understand what an empowerment is, what it means to receive Buddha’s blessings, and how a meditation practice can help us nurture the qualities these blessings awaken.
This class is offered in preparation for our Green Tara Empowerment on December 6.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience of Buddhism or meditation is needed.
