We all know this one. The best laid plans: The picnic. The wedding. The conversation. Even the next five minutes! They don’t go as planned. It can sometimes seem that we’re constantly experiencing the collapse of our wishes and expectations. And then when life doesn’t turn out as planned, we know what’s next. Disappointment. Anger. Resignation. In a word, unhappiness.
Buddha has a better plan. A spectacular plan. In this course we will explore how Buddha’s wisdom insights into impermanence and refuge and kindness all sorts of other good stuff can have us ready for absolutely any situation that pops up.
