Kadam Morten to Grant the Empowerment of Medicine Buddha at MADC 2024

February 11, 2024

Everyone is welcome to attend this year’s Mid-Atlantic Dharma Celebration during which Kadam Morten will grant the empowerment of Medicine Buddha and give commentary to this exquisite practice which explains how we can heal our mind in order to heal our world.

By receiving the empowerment of Medicine Buddha, we have an opportunity to make a connection with the embodiment of enlightened healing energy, who has accomplished permanent freedom from mental and physical suffering. With Medicine Buddha’s blessings, as we heal our mind we gain more power to heal the world through our prayers. The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a special, heartfelt connection with Medicine Buddha and receive his profound healing blessings.

The Mid-Atlantic Dharma Celebration provides a special opportunity to study, listen to and practice the special presentation of modern Buddhism taught by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the Founder of the New Kadampa Tradition.
