The Best Meditation for Improving Your Concentration
A Half-day Retreat
Improving our concentration in meditation naturally increases our experience of inner peace, happiness, confidence, and as well increasing our efficacy in all of other activities. Buddha highlighted one meditation in particular as the very best for increasing mindfulness and concentration, the meditation on the nature of the mind. In this series we will explore how gaining experience in this meditation helps us to easily overcome our tendency towards distraction and sets us up for making real progress in meditation, and consequently in life.
In this half-day retreat, Natalia will draw on some of the teachings on this meditation that are being covered in the Sunday General program series. Attendance on Sunday mornings is not necessary in order to draw great benefit from this retreat.
