At our heart there is a doorway to an infinity of peace, joy and lightness. For thousands of years meditators have connected with the boundless potential of their root mind. But what holds many of us back from starting a meditation practice, continuing to stick with it or going deeper? We can rationalize a long list of reasons why meditation is not for us. In this half day course we unpack together some of the barriers to establishing a daily meditation practice and explore its many benefits. Meditation is an inner path, completely within our control, through which we can experience deeper levels of joy and radiate that out to others. It translates our intellectual knowledge of dharma into experiential wisdom. Insights which in turn help us craft positive views and determinations that transform our life. We will also explore how the power of our imagination and blessings can deeply nourish and fuel the experience of joy in our meditation practice.
