Highest Yoga Tantra Class*
Tantric Refuge and Bodhichitta
In this Saturday’s Heruka Half-day Retreat we will be focusing on developing the minds of refuge and bodhichitta according to the uncommon methods of Highest Yoga Tantra.
There will be two sessions, each consisting of an introduction and an extensive guided meditation. There will also be an opportunity for discussion.
* The purpose is for practitioners to deepen their experience of these extraordinary meditation practices.These retreats are open to those who have received the Highest Yoga Tantra (HYT) empowerments of Heruka & Vajrayogini. These empowerments are given over three days, typically at Manjushri Centre in England. Most recently they were granted at the 2023 International Kadampa Summer Festival.
