Buddha’s instructions on how to find happiness and freedom from suffering have been called “scientific methods.” Buddha experimented with his own mind, in meditation, seeking an authentic and repeatable method, based on observable facts, for liberating the mind from its habits of dissatisfaction and discomfort.
He found it! By successfully tapping into the natural reservoir of wisdom and stability that we all possess — our “Buddha nature” — anyone can make their way out of the tangle of ordinary life.
In this course, Natalia will discuss how we access this pure authentic and lasting happiness, and how to nurture it every day through learning to train our mind. Gaining even just a little bit of experience of this undiluted happiness allows us to engage daily in a more relaxed fashion. A successful experiment!
Everyone welcome.
