Letting Go of Loneliness
Loneliness. We’ve all been there. It’s such a painful, isolating feeling — sometimes it feels as if we can never escape it.
Yet it is completely possible to free ourself from loneliness, regardless of our circumstances.
Buddhist meditation is not just about developing a peaceful mind. Rather it is a profound method to enable us to gain deep insight into our mind, our self, and our relationship to others and the world.
In this half-day course, through talks and guided meditations, we will learn simple, direct methods to remove our underlying sense of isolation, opening us up to an authentic experience of joy and connection with others. On this basis we will find it easy to develop fulfilling relationships and to feel that sense of connection even when we are on our own!
Everyone welcome.
