Tara puja is a regular practice at Kadampa Buddhist centers around the world.
Tara is a female Buddha who represents the ultimate wisdom of all the Buddhas.
The puja includes a special prayer called "Praises to the Twenty-one Taras" that was composed by Buddha
Prayers are recited six times over 24-hours, with the praises to the 21 Taras recited seven times in each session.
