Giving Wisdom & Joy for the Holidays

Buddha was very clear on this one. To participate in a meaningful life we simply need to show kindness to others. That’s it. Once we get a few unhelpful habits of behavior out of the way, we can reap the joyful benefits of opening our hearts to others. In this half-day class we will unwrap a few exquisite gifts from the Buddhas (four in particular) and explore how to share them with everyone we meet, or even think about. (batteries included)
Everyone welcome
