Beyond the Storm of Anxiety and Fear
We don’t want to experience fear and anxiety, but it comes regardless. How can we transform these states of mind and the mental stories that are associated with them?
In this half day course we will gain insights into the nature of our fear and anxiety and learn how to respond to these states of mind creatively and with wisdom, so that instead of inhibiting us they end up moving us towards an authentic inner confidence. In particular we will learn to identify the limited view of ourselves that underlies all our fears and anxiety. Learning to let go of this mistaken crippling view will open us up to a whole new way of experiencing life.
