A basic daily practice of meditation will help us to become more peaceful and centered. However, if we wish to bring about deep inner change—freeing ourselves from negative patterns and experiencing lasting happiness and mental freedom—we need to dive deeper into Buddha’s wisdom teachings.
In this day course, Kadam Morten will guide us into the transformative insights of subtle impermanence and emptiness. In the first session, he will help us to understand the momentary nature of things, and in the second, how subtle impermanence naturally leads us to realizing emptiness—the true and profoundly liberating nature of reality. In the final session he will explain how to practically integrate these wisdoms into daily life.
In so many areas of our life we feel stuck. But if we learn to see ourselves and our world correctly with wisdom, we’ll discover we aren’t stuck at all! Join us for a deep dive into our astonishing potential for growth and transformation.
