The Happiness Course + Coffee, Tea & Chat
Everyone wants to be happy but so few people actually are. We may not even believe that lasting happiness is possible. Buddha’s teachings give us a swift and direct method to help us to attain the happiness that we all long for, and that is our actual nature.
During this course, based on the special arrangement of meditations known as lam rim, we will learn how to connect to our potential for inner peace, love and freedom and begin our journey to a happiness we hardly knew existed.
We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. No special clothing required. Everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience in meditation.
