Manale: Living from the Inside Out
December 8, 2020
I’ve been a spiritual seeker all my life – even as a child I was looking for it. Compassion is who I am.
I first came to the Center to an Open House at the beginning of October. I was looking for meditation and I also wanted to be educated in a structured way on the foundations of Buddhism.
The classes here are helping me learn the steps to live my life from the inside out. I think this is the way life should be lived – living from my true self that’s been hidden away.
Finding that underlying peace is what I seek so much. That peace and freedom…I’ve wanted it so deeply for 30 years now.
That’s why I’m here in class almost every day. I think this Center will help me find that underlying peace.
Then I imagine I’ll be unstoppable.
