Love That Lasts

We all wish to experience enduring love – an affection that not only maintains, but grows – whether it be between partners, family or close friends. But how do we maintain this harmony in our relationships? How do we avoid our relationships sliding into fault-finding and resentment, or even indifference? In this course, a Valentine’s Day special, Helen will introduce us to special meditations and insights that will help us train in a wisdom-based love that is directed towards helping one another grow and actualize each other’s potential. Such an open-hearted love lays the foundation for a truly joyful and meaningful approach to life.
