The Art of Letting Go

Finding Freedom in Impermanence

with Gen Kelsang Samten

10:00 - 11:15am, 12:15 - 1:30pm + Q&A

$25 or $15 per session, free for supporting members

One of Buddha’s most exquisite gifts to us is his teachings on impermanence, where he explains how everything is in a constant state of change, never remaining even for an instant. In truth, never there at all. Impermanence is a fascinating doorway into emptiness itself, the understanding that nothing exists in the way it appears. And this includes all our problems.

In this half day course, Gen Samten will take us into the beauty of impermanence. As we gain experience in the simple yet profound truth of how impermanence operates for us, we come to realize that we never need to get hung up on anything ever again. It all comes and it all goes. We gain the wisdom to let go. This is true freedom.
